Investigating

We have identified an issue with generating and printing PDFs in Repair Orders. Our Engineering team is actively working on a fix and the estimated resolution time is 90 minutes. Please note that this issue is impacting only a specific set of dealers and is not a platform-wide outage. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update once the issue is resolved. If you are currently able to generate and print Repair Order PDFs without issues, no action is needed on your end.
